Where is the Diners Choice Gift Card valid?
Diners Choice Gift Card is valid at all of the PHR Bars & Restaurants in
Virginia Beach. This includes Catch 31, Salacia, Pi-zzeria, Mahi Mah's ,
Tortugas, RockFish & Sky Bar*. Some of these restaurants are only open
seasonally.
What are the dates it can be used?
The cards are valid starting January 2, 2010 and expire on May 25, 2010.
Are there any other restrictions?
The value of the card cannot be exceeded nor can it be reloaded with the
original discount offer. Diners Choice gift card cannot be used to pay for any
items or services that are special events, discounted items or promotional
offers. Diners Choice is not valid on holiday food and beverage promotions or
special events. Alcohol only, Tax and Gratuity will be charged separately and
cannot be paid by the Diners Choice gift card, it is valid for all food and
beverages outside of these restitutions. Please remember to tip your wait staff

What type of purchase can the gift card be used for?
All of your food and beverage purchases at any of the following restaurants or
bars:
- Catch 31
- Salacia
- Mahi Mah's
- RockFish
- Tortuga's
- SkyBar*
How can I check my Diners Choice gift card balance?
You may verify the balance online at any time by going to http://www.virginiabeachgiftcards.c
om.
Your gift card number will be required.
Do you charge a monthly fee after a certain period of time?
No monthly fee is charged.
Can I send a personal message on my gift card purchase on-line?
Your gift card will come shipped to you in a beautiful card holder you may add
a personal note when it arrives.
How will the gift card arrive?
Gift cards will be shipped based on the delivery method chosen. If you chose
USPS, then the return address will be the purchaser's address.
Will I get a confirmation?
Yes, after your order is placed you will get a confirmation page that shows your
order number. In addition you will also be emailed a confirmation.
When will I receive my gift card?
All orders placed will be processed the next business day. Delivery will depend
upon the option you choose. Please refer to the shipping chart on the first page
of our gift card website.
How can I track my order?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.
Standard Delivery orders are mailed USPS and cannot be tracked.
Do you deliver on Saturday?
No, we do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday because of the excessive shipping
charges. You may always visit one of our restaurants and purchase a Diners
Choice gift card any day of the week.
What happens if my Diners Choice gift card is lost or stolen?
Gift cards should be treated as cash, if you register your gift card online we
will issue a new card with the remaining balance, as of the date we are notified
of its loss. If the card value at time of notification is null then no value
will be reissued. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards and if it is
not registered we cannot re-issue any card.

card?
Our gift cards may be purchased at any of our Virginia Beach Restaurants. Ask
any of our hostesses or servers for details and they will be happy to assist
you.
*SkyBar is a members only club – Diners Choice Gift Cards can be used during
open
to the public parties. If you are member of SkyBar you may use the Diners Choice
Gift Cards to pay for your food and beverage that are not promotional or
associated with any other discounts or special events.
